Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Baal Shirt Studio (“the tool”), available at baalshirts.com. By using the tool you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What the tool is

Baal Shirt Studio is a free editor that runs in your browser and lets you design 585×559 pixel classic shirt templates (Classic Shirts), preview them in 3D and export them as PNG images.

2. Free use

The tool is free and requires no sign-up. You may use the images you export for personal or commercial purposes, including selling them on Roblox, as long as you follow these terms and the Roblox rules.

3. Your content

• The images you upload and the designs you create are yours. We claim no rights over them.
• You are solely responsible for the content you use. Only upload images you own or have permission to use.
• Do not use the tool to create content that infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks, or content that is offensive, violent, sexual, discriminatory or harasses others.

4. Roblox rules

If you upload your designs to Roblox, you must follow the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards. Roblox moderates every item, may charge upload fees and may reject or remove content under its own rules. We have no control over those decisions.

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to damage, overload or interfere with the website, or use it for illegal purposes.

6. Ownership of the tool

The Baal name, the logo, the website design and the editor code belong to their creator. You may not copy them or present them as your own without permission. The 3D preview uses the three.js library under the MIT license.

7. No warranties

The tool is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will work without errors or interruptions, or that your designs will be accepted by Roblox. The 3D preview is an approximation of Roblox avatars.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, loss of data or Robux, or penalties on your Roblox account resulting from the use of the tool or the content you create with it. Keep your work with “Save project”: the browser’s autosave can be cleared.

9. External links

The website includes links to Roblox and other services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

10. Changes

We may update these terms or change the tool at any time. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the tool after a change, you accept the updated terms.
