Can I use this lettering on clothing I sell?

Yes. The fonts are from Google Fonts under a free license (SIL Open Font License), which allows commercial designs.

How do I put it on my shirt?

Press "On the front" or "On the back" and the editor opens with your text in that area. There you can move and resize it.

Why shouldn't I write a lot of text?

Roblox Marketplace rules ask not to put excessive text on items. A name, a number or a short phrase work best.
