    How Roblox splits group Robux

    1. Game split: each member receives their percentage of what that game earned.
    2. Group split: what's left from the game passes here, and each member receives their percentage of that remainder.
    3. Group balance: whatever is left at the end stays in the group.

Official Roblox example: a game earns 1,000 Robux with a 40%, 30% and 10% split. Members receive 400, 300 and 100. The remaining 200 pass to the group split (20%, 20% and 10%), giving them 40, 40 and 20 more. The last 100 stay in the group. Press "Load official example" to see it.

To know how many Robux the game keeps after the fee, use the tax calculator.

    FAQ

How do group recurring payouts work?

According to the official docs, each member's game split percentage is paid first. What is left passes on to the group split, where each member is paid their percentage again. Whatever remains stays in the group balance.

    Can I make one-time payouts?

Yes. Roblox allows batch one-time payouts to members, choosing an amount for each, with 2-step verification and confirmations.

Why don't I see the payouts page in my group?

The docs say some groups don't have it unlocked at first, for example because of the group's age or insufficient funds.

Are percentages applied before or after the Roblox fee?

What gets split is what the game or group earned, meaning the Robux already received after the fee. Use the tax calculator to estimate that amount.
